Our furniture is crafted with lightweight, maintenance-free, grey powder coated aluminium. The powder coating provides extra protection, improving the furniture’s corrosion resistance and wear resistance, meaning it simply does not rust.

Both seat pads and scatter cushions are manufactured with a waterproof and UV-resistant polyester fabric, resistant to Level 5 UV resistance (ISO105 B06 standard), which is perfect for outdoor furnishing.

Absolutely. As part of the manufacturing process when creating our aluminium furniture, we use thermosetting polymer which ensures the aluminium can withstand very cool or very hot temperatures, which means your furniture can be used outside all year round.

Our seat pads and scatter cushions are water repellent and UV-resistant, this ensures your furniture collection will be safe to leave outside.

All seat covers and cushion covers are UV-resistant and water-repellent. However, should another substance such as grease or dirt come into contact with the material, clean it as quickly as possible with warm water and mild soap, or rinse off with lukewarm water.

Both seat cushion covers, and scatter cushion covers are removable and machine washable. We advise washing at 30 degrees. We recommend cleaning the aluminium using a damp cloth or gently rinsing it with a hose. Your furniture collection will arrive with cleaning instructions.

Almost all Sabai Living products arrive fully assembled for your convenience.

The only exception to this is some of our fire pits, which arrive almost entirely assembled however have some glass parts which are packaged separately to ensure their protection in transit. The separately packaged glass parts may require some assembly on arrival, however rest assured the assembly is very minimal as the majority of the fire pit will arrive already assembled.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your furniture, Sabai Living is happy to offer a 30-day returns policy. Please note an administrative fee, to cover any costs incurred as a result of your returned purchase, may be deducted from your refund.

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product has been returned to our warehouse and has been thoroughly checked for any damage or quality issues. Sabai Living can only issue refunds for items that are not damaged.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You may contact us via telephone, live chat or email. We will ask you to send photographs and a description of the damage and we will then conduct a thorough investigation. If required, we will repair, replace, or refund your damaged item.

If you receive an incorrect item, please report it to us as soon as possible and we will make arrangements for this to be returned and for the correct item to be sent to you.
